| Q: How long does it take to wash my equipment? When will it be ready? |
| We normally can turnaround one full set of equipment in 2 days. However for those in a rush, we can turn it around in 1 day. There is a small additional charge of $8 for a rush order. |
| Q: Do you use water & detergents to wash my equipment? |
| Yes we use both. Your equipment is carefully & snugly paced into a separate compartment of our machine. Once we turn it on, it fills with water and goes through four cycles each using special detergents per cycle. Equipment that is especially dirty will be pre-soaked prior to actual washing. This is how we achieve excellent results. |
| Q: How is my equipment dried? |
| We air dry your machine with warm air, ensuring the material retains it shape and size after washing. |
| Q: What is the risk of damage or shrinking? |
| Since we air dry the equipment, there is very little risk of shrinking fabrics and leathers. |
| If I leave other articles in my bag, will you wash them too? |
| We will not wash anything else in your bag. Should you decide, we can wash your jersey & socks as well. |
| Q: Can I wash my hockey skates? |
| Our machine easily and safely will wash your skates. We will air dry them to prevent any damage or shrinkage. |
| Q: Can I wash anything else such as tennis shoes? |
| Our machine easily washes most shoes such as tennis shoes, removable ski boot liners, boots, leather shoes, cleats, construction helmets, and much more. |
| Q: How will I be notified when it is done? Can it be dropped off to me? |
| You will know when to pick-up during drop-off. We can also notify you by phone or e-mail should you choose. Also for an additional charge we will deliver your equipment to your home or office. |
| Q: How often should I wash my sports equipment? |
| It depends on how often you play. If you play at once per week, then we recommend having your equipment washed at least once every two months or whenever it starts to smell. |
