How does the cleaning process work?

After dropping off your gear, our washing team carefully places it into a protective bag and loads it into one of the compartments of our washing machine. The equipment then goes through a four-stage water-based cleaning process; using specially formulated detergents and disinfectants that cleans and sanitizes the equipment (TieGoal’s cleaning solution contains antibacterial and antifungal agents). In the final cleaning stage, the equipment is air-dried after it reaches ten to fifteen percent moisture content to ensure any leather or plastic materials are returned to their original specifications.

• Would you just spray your dirty socks then wear them again? Only washing works
• To get rid of odors and stains, equipment MUST be washed with water and detergents. A gas will not cut it
• We actually wash your equipment using a machine specifically built for washing bulky equipment. The machine uses the perfect amount of hot water and enzyme based detergents to fully clean and sanitize your gear
• Removing odors using gas is very short-lived, the smell often comes back after just one use
